Lesson 2: Move On and Let Go
My
week was quite a fiasco; one minute it was delighting then at the end of the
day it became tormenting. I thought that this week would be a bit different,
like chalk and cheese, but in a good way; optimism is my aphorism for 2013 to
start with. Sometimes people would give you pleasant news other would try to
ruin them for unknown reasons just like in my case.
Things
turn for the worse coupled with my meltdown that was not very pleasing to the
eyes not to mention it triggered my sinus problems. Then a realization hit me, why
snivel on it when you can ignore it. Most of us think that life is all pretty
with rainbow frosting and sweet toppings but don’t you think you are being one-sided
here?
Life
is a balance between two opposing forces that must be kept under check. You can’t
expect to be on the comfortable shore all the time. You love then hate, laugh
at one point and cry at the next; these are the factors that make life complex
yet worth living.
Let
go and move on for your sake. Save yourself from stress and turmoil. Hope that
there’s still something to look forward to. Failing is not a sign to stop but
an inspiration to move on. Let go of the gloomy past and start embracing
changes for your future. A bump in the road may trip you yet it will not make
you fall.
There are three solutions to every problem: Accept it, change it and leave it. If you can't accept it,
change it. If you can't change it, leave it.
